A UTR or transaction reference is a reference provided by your bank or UPI application for a payment transaction. If checkout asks for it, enter the correct transaction reference shown by your payment application.

No. Submitting a UTR only provides the transaction reference for verification. The payment must be verified before the order can be treated as payment confirmed.

Do not make repeated payments immediately. Keep your transaction reference and contact andaazi Clothing support with your order number so the payment can be checked.

Orders are prepared for shipping after payment verification and order confirmation. Shipping timing can vary depending on the order and delivery destination.
